At FLIK we offer personalized catering services for every event. Daily breakfast, lunch, and snack orders can be ordered via the online NCR portal under the Catering tab. If you need any online assistance with placing your order please contact Jason.Reed2@compass-usa.com
Pricing is per guest unless otherwise stated. Some menus require a minimum number of guests or items to order. We require a 24-hour notice and headcount guarantee for all catering orders, and 48-hours notice for all receptions. Should the guest count decrease or the event is cancelled less than 48-hours in advance, the requesting group will be charged for the guaranteed number. Late order requests with less than 24-hour notice will be subject to a $150 service fee. Reception requests between 25 and 48 hours in advance will be subject to a $100 service fee.
Menus can be served individually packaged, upon request. A $4 per person packaging fee will apply
Trained and dedicated service personnel will set up, deliver, and clean all requested orders. FLIK provides all items (plates, napkins, serving pieces, etc.) needed for your order. Events requiring staff will be charged $175 per server or/and $225 per bartender with a four hour minimum. Additional fees for chef attended events will be applied. Additional charges, including staffing, will apply to all weekend and events scheduled after 5:00 PM

Cancellations require a 24-hour notice. Receptions require a 48-hour notice. Any cancellation that is less than the required notice will be charged for the estimated total.
The contracted dining service provider must supervise all alcohol service and consumption on campus, all alcoholic product must be under the supervision of a Tips Certified bartender for the entire event and remain in a locked area when supervision is not available.
Alcohol is not allowed to be removed from the event space by the guests.
Guests are not allowed to self-serve from the bar, guests may only receive one glass of alcohol per bar visit, guests may not order drinks for other guests, guests may not be provided bottles of multi-serving alcoholic beverage. Bartenders must follow all tips and SERV SAFE Alcohol requirements.
