Welcome!

We’re here for you. We offer personalized catering services for every event no matter the size and always with your safety in mind. Daily breakfast, lunch, break, and reception orders can be ordered online via the Catering website https://ncratlanta.catertrax.com

Allergy and Dietary Preferences

We want to ensure that we have optionality for all our guests. Please advise if you have any allergy or dietary preferences with your catering orders. Kosher meals are available upon request.

Pricing, Delivery and Service Fees

Pricing is per guest unless otherwise stated. Some menus require a minimum number of guests or items to order.  There are no service fees for any FLIK catered service provided during normal operating hours 7-3 pm; after-business hours will require a service charge. We require a 48-hour notice and headcount guarantee for all catering orders.  Should the guest count decrease, the requesting group will be charged for the guaranteed number. Late order requests will have a $100 service fee added for orders within 24 hours. Catering receptions require a 72-hour notice. Late reception requests within 72 hours will have a $150 service fee. Menus are subject to change based on market availability.

Cancellation Policy

Standard orders cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice will not be charged. If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, and if some of the order has been prepared, a cancellation fee for the prepared food will be assessed. Any cancellation that involves staffing/ or rentals will incur 100% of the cost. Cancellation fees for special requests are evaluated on an individual basis.

Custom Requests

Not seeing what you’re looking for? Our catering manager will be happy to assist you with your next special function. Everything from themed menus to dietary restrictions are customizable. We offer wait staff, equipment rentals, and a variety of other non-food services. Bar service is available upon request and approval from the appropriate departments

Service Standard

Events requiring a server, bartender, dishwasher, culinarian, or dedicated attendant will be charged $50 per hour per staff member, with a four-hour minimum. Additional charges, including staffing, chef attendant, and manager fees will apply to all events scheduled after/later than 3:00pm.

Custom Requests

Not seeing what you’re looking for? Reach out to us! Everything from themed menus to dietary restrictions are customizable. We also offer assistance in selecting specialty rentals, linens, floral centerpieces, serving ware, bartending services, and entertainment. Please allow at least a 10-business day lead time for all rentals.

Alcohol

The contracted dining service provider must supervise all alcohol service and consumption on campus. Alcohol is not allowed to be removed from the event space by the guests.

Guests are not allowed to self-serve from the bar. Bartenders must follow all tips and SERV SAFE Alcohol requirements.
